I'm relatively new to building things in Genesys Cloud, but already I am running into some pain points with the UI.
When browsing a list of information, the fact that the interface does not remember my page or my filter parameters is a bit of a productivity hit. For example, I have nearly 100 queues for a particular client. I need to go through and make changes to all of them. I have 4 pages, at 25 items per page. I can filter them, but once I am done editing one and hit Save, it goes back to the default view. The same thing happens if I'm on Page 2. I go back to Page 1 and and have to Page Forward again. Sure it is maybe 5-6 extra seconds per edit, but for a 100 items, that's 10 minutes of extra time I spent working around the UI. I have worked with other web-based interfaces that can remember your filter/page view so I don't think this is a huge ask.
Another interface issue that is bit of a drag is having to Save & Continue on each tab of an object should either be A) Changed so it isn't necessary. It isn't like a lot of memory is being tied up keeping all the settings available where you could save the whole record at once or B) Changed so that if you alter something on a tab and try to change to another tab, that it reminds you to Save first. Frankly, I'd prefer A because that would be nicer.
My last interface suggestion is to include some built-in bulk editing option. There are many times when it would be useful to be able to select 10 or 15 objects and change the same property on all of them to the same value. While I am sure there are probably some API ways to do things, it seems like this is the type of thing that would benefit everyone and not simply be a one-off.
