I think you will find this is a hard sell and you will have a mutiny on your hands!
The problem is that if you are busy, then before they have a chance to go off-queue once they complete a wrap-up, they will get another call, thus preventing them from ever leaving!
I will watch this with interest, though.

We have a staff that take themselves off-queue immediately upon answering a call or before they are done with their wrap up. Is there a way to prevent them from going off-queue before they have chosen a wrap up code?
