Good morning everyone.
Within our client we are reproducing some of PureCloud front-end functionalities in a custom front-end. Since Pure Cloud's front end actually uses the API itself. We sometimes recur to Chrome's devtool to check what API's are being called. When toggling the On/Off queue selector we can only see some get's to the user queues. What is actually happening on the backstage? I was convinced that it was related to user presence but it seems like I'm mixing subjects.
