Hi,
I followed documentation, got Okta cert and integrated with PureCloud. Web version is working fine for agents to login. How do I make it to work with desktop version? Is it possible to integrate agent desktop with Okta?

The login process for the desktop app is the same: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/desktop-app/

Tim, Thank you for your response. That link has generic description of desktop app. I understand that login process is same. But, Okta integration is not working with desktop app. It works fine with web version. Are we supposed to change any other settings specific to desktop app.
