Hello Team!

Our organization is going to be adopting the OKTA integration as that is our company's preferred single sign on source.  I wanted to reach out to this group to see how we can test this without purchasing a dev org as we do not see the value as we've always tested right in production through test queues/flows.  Can we limit the OKTA integration to a specific division like admin? We don't want to test during off-hours because that would only leave us to test from 1am-7am.

Hello Matthew, 

Yes you can, as long as you dont turn on the SSO only option in your org settings as this effects the ENTIRE org. As long as they are created in OKTA and have a profile in Genesys Cloud you should be able to use the SSO option for logging in. This SSO login option will appear for everyone but users can login normally and users that use SSO can login with SSO.
