  • 1.  On Demand capture logs

    Hello - 

    We have added permission (Troubleshooting > On Demand Log Capture > Add) to Agent profile so that they get to see the below button send log button to capture their logs.

    We have an issue where when agent do not get any notification stating "Log Capture sent Successfully"  when click this button via Desktop App. Same is working (As shown in below screenshot) if we use Web Browser.

    Any details around this would be helpful.

    Hello Anurag, 

    This sounds like unexpected behavior I recommend opening a ticket with support to have them look at the desktop app.

    @Cameron Tomlin - Just to add more to it, I am using latest version of Desktop App. 

    Do you happen to know if any other organization reported this ?

    Can you check if it is working for you or it is a bug ?

    The best course forward would be to open a support case. There have been some recent updates that addressed various notification related issues but specific to the log capture I have not seen any so far besides you. But that doesn't mean its not happening.

    I am not seeing it on my end and but im on version
