The best course forward would be to open a support case. There have been some recent updates that addressed various notification related issues but specific to the log capture I have not seen any so far besides you. But that doesn't mean its not happening.
I am not seeing it on my end and but im on version

This sounds like unexpected behavior I recommend opening a ticket with support to have them look at the desktop app.
