Hi James, we have identified a bug in the UI where it was summing the two 15m intervals instead of averaging for the 30m interval in the schedule editor. A fix is underway and will be tested with a planned release for this Friday if not sooner.

As a temporary workaround you could zoom in (magnifying glass) on the schedule editor so that it is showing 15m granularity.

Hi James, this should be fixed now.

We now average the Forecast row when you view it at a zoom level that doesn't show it every 15 minutes. If you have forecast 2 agents at 12:00, and 4 agents at 12:15, it should show you need 3 agents from 12-12:30.
