After I completed the 4 steps with reference to the API (https://developer.genesys.cloud/commdigital/digital/webmessaging/websocketapi), the image displayed on the agent side was abnormal. When I moved the mouse up, it showed: "One or more unsupported media attachments have been removed". What is wrong with this?
