Hi everyone,
I found a page on the Genesys Blog recently in relation to use cases for the Open Messaging API's and saw that it is possible to use the intergration to connect to Trust Pilot.

I was wondering if anyone has set this up previously and has any information around it?
Also if reviews from customers are sent into Genesys for Agents to respond too.
