    Hi everyone,

    I found a page on the Genesys Blog recently in relation to use cases for the Open Messaging API's and saw that it is possible to use the intergration to connect to Trust Pilot.

    I was wondering if anyone has set this up previously and has any information around it?

    Also if reviews from customers are sent into Genesys for Agents to respond too.

    It looks like TrustPilot is like Yelp for software. i don't think there is any integration with Web Messaging, but could be since that is an Open Messaging platform that can support just about any input and output. Perhaps TrustPilot has a way of "chatting" with the vendor or other entities.  I think it is just saying that TrustPilot has reviews of Web Messaging that are favorable.

    The main thrust of that blog article is that you can use Open Messaging as a bridge between Genesys Cloud and the review sites by setting up functionality on the site which takes a customer review or comment and sends it via API call to Open Messaging, then Open Messaging routes it to an agent. When the agent responds, the software on the customer site takes the response and adds it to the customer's review/comment.

    I completely agree with George's vision.

    We are developing this kind of integration with Facebook ratings, Google My Musiness reviews and Trustpilot.

    Hoping to release it on AppFoundry in September...
