    It seems by default an open messaging integration will send a receipt to the outbound webhook when an inbound message is received. Is there any option to turn this receipt off? I do not see any obvious setting in the API documentation. We don't plan to do anything with this message so would just like to avoid the extra processing to accept, read and discard the message.

    Hi,

    I don't think you can "turn off" receipts for the open messaging integration. When a customer sends an open message inbound to your integration a receipt is sent to your outbound webhook to indicate whether the message was sent successfully or it has failed.
