    Hi everyone,

    is It possibile open PureCloud Destkop App when a Call is proposed to the agent?

    For Open I mean open the window or switch to the page of PureCloud

    No. All you get is the "toast" pop bottom right on the desktop:


    You can have the first page of the associated script pop a URL in a new window (for calls that go to ACD from Architect), but that will just pop a browser, not something with the button to answer the call.

    although you could think of something standard to put purecloud on video when a call comes in
