I've just created a open source website that allows people to test their Genesys Cloud chatbots/flows. You can play with it here.
I posted about it on LinkedIn, but would love to share it here to see what this community thinks. My aim is to make the website as easy as possible for someone to write a simple test whilst developing their chatbots or Inbound Message flows. They can then share the tests via a URL.
How it works
Under the hood it is a React website that leverages the Web messaging Guest API to simulate a conversation. It's a very simple setup.
The functionality it currently has:
- Define a test with Say and Wait For Reply Containing steps
- Share and store tests via a URL
- Show the underlying payloads to help with debugging
- Show the transcript as the test is running
Functionality I'd like to add:
- More types of test steps
- Ability to add custom attributes to a session
I feel like there are many more useful features to add?
