  • 1.  OpenID Connect Messenger integration

    In the appfoundry on our AC environment we can select the OpenID Connect Messenger integration intergration, but on our PR environment this intergration is not availible.

    How can we activate this on our PR environment so that we can use the authenticated chat op PR

    Hello Michael,

    If your PR org was bought through a partner then you can whitelist applications through the partners login on AppFoundry.

    In our case we can use our Lab org account to whitelist applications that customers can install, including our own prod org.

    Otherwise you can ask your CSM to get it activated.

    Thank you for some more clarification. Our partner (it's bought via a partner) should whitelist this application for us? Because on our OTA env the app was immidiatly available.

    And for my education, what is a CSM?
