Hi everyone,
I have a question about how Operating Schedules and Operating Schedule Groups work in Genesys Cloud.
For a company that operates from 08:00–12:00 and 14:00–18:00, I would like to confirm the correct configuration.
Is it required to create two separate Operating Schedules (one for each time range)?
Or is it possible to define both time ranges within a single Operating Schedule?
From my understanding, the correct setup would be:
- One Operating Schedule for 08:00–12:00
- One Operating Schedule for 14:00–18:00
- Then combine both in an Operating Schedule Group
Can someone confirm if this is the right approach, or if there is a better way to configure this?
