We are using PostMan to run our webservice and We are receiving the error: Error during action execution.
I took a look the the logs and found the error
System.Net.WebException: The operation has timed out
Looks like our machine is not accessible from the PureCloud server.. Is there a way to test this connection from purecloud?

If you configure the bridge action in an Architect flow or a Script, you can place a call into your system and test it by executing the actions; there isn't currently an isolated test function.

We follow the procedure specified some days in the forum ago using postman. We end up with this new error.
The log shows the timeout. How can We investigate the timeout reason?

Sorry, we can't help you troubleshoot your network's configuration on the forum. That's outside the scope of this site. You can open a ticket with PureCloud Support and they can investigate from the PureCloud side or Genesys Professional Services can be hired to help you with your local configuration.
