  • 1.  Optimizer reporting issue for the month of May

    Hi, I use the optimizer's top viewed article section to track our articles usage by month. I noticed in the month of May the optimizer reported data that was about 90% lower than our usual month. Each month before and after May the optimizer reports a common average other than the outlier of May. We didn't make any changes to our knowledge base or chat bots in the month of May either so I believe that this could have been an error. Is this a known issue?

    Hey James,

    Welcome to the Community! I was checking internally and I was not seeing similar happen around that time. Was there any change in interaction volume at the time?
