Genesys Cloud - Main

Hello, is there a way to set up the updates for Genesys cloud updates so that an IT department can be notified when the updates occur or they can push the updates to all users when the company's IT department isn't allowing users to update themselves? Other than having the IT department have to jump on a ticket to get each user access when updates are pushed. Hope that makes sense, thank you.
