    Hi all,

    Apologies in advance for this question as this seems like a rather simple task. 

    I'm trying to watch the 'Personalized Video' to complete my Orchestrator enrollment, but when I click the Watch Personalized Video link, it's taking me to https://login.mypurecloud.com/ and asking me to sign-in to our Org. We are a FedRAMP customer and do not have an Org in that region. Is there something I'm missing here? How do we watch the personalized video to complete our enrollment? Hoping someone has the answer to this one and I'll probably feel far less intelligent when someone has the easy answer here :)

    Hey Shane,

    Make sure that you're logged into the Orchestrator portal; you should see your initials in the top right. Once you're logged in, you should be able to access your personalized video using the following link: https://myvideo.genesys.com/welcome

    We're working through an issue where FedRamp and regional orgs are blocking the ability to watch the video. We're working on the issue currently. It should be fixed soon.

    Thanks for the update! I'm able to select the region now, but when I try to sign in it keeps looping me back to the sign in screen and not allowing me to progress. Is this happening for others?

    Yeah. I can select region now, but logging in just loops back to the login page. The team have been pretty good at fixing things as they come up, so don't imagine it will be long before it is working.

    Hi Clay, I am able to access the regions but there seems to be a loop when logging in. I have attempted using USW2 with username and password, SSO, and with and without organization name. The log in process appears to start logging in then attempts to take me to https://myvideo.genesys.com/authorization/callback , states Loading in the top left, but then redirects back to the log in screen

    Yup, I'm still getting this too. It's the last thing I need to move on to Producer!

    Our dev team has been working on this and from what I can see, it looks like an update will be rolling out sometime soon. I will let you know once I have more information.
