  • 1.  Orchestrators Tier's Badges not activating

    Hi Community!

    I am having trouble with my activities badges. I have more than one that is not activating even completing all the requirements.
    I have already sent more than 10 emails to advocacy@genesys.com / genesysorchestrators@genesys.com about this issue, the first e-mail was sent about one month ago, but I didn't receive any answer or any solution about my case.

    On July 17 I've passed on GCP certification exam. On orchestrators platform we can find on Tier 3 the following activitie:

    But the badge "Earn a Genesys Cloud Certification" is still locked on my profile.


    Also I have watched live webinars and the following Tier 1 - badge wasn't activated:

    Anyone know how to fix it or who can I contact to manually activate my orchestrators badges?

    I'd like to know this myself. I have a few that I'm pending and have never heard a response to. I'm not sure if you're going to Xperence next week, but I'm going to see if there is someone I can connect with on this as well.

    Hi Vinicius ,

    My experience contacting advocacy@genesys.com was quite different. I received a response within a few days, and all follow-up emails were answered within a similar timeframe. If what you mentioned is true, I think it may be helpful to share the contact information for Kathryn, the Global Advocacy Program Lead, who assisted me throughout the process.
