Good afternoon All. I hope you all are doing well.
I have received an interesting request. A manager would like to personalize the greeting on their organizational voicemail box in Genesys Cloud (ie, in Architect if no agents are available, send caller to voicemail).
Do any of you know if this is possible? If so, how would the manager access the organizational mailbox? I know that *86 is the command to get into her personal mailbox but I can't find a command to enter into the options for an organizational mailbox.
Any advice/assistance is appreciated.
