  • 1.  Other Evaluators seeing each others calibrations

    I have an odd one that we cant seem to figure out. Our contact center requires all of our evaluators to see each others evaluations 99% of the time. 

    We do weekly calibrations and we have found that evaluators are reviewing the others evaluations before submitting theirs making the calibration null and void.

    Is there a way to allow evaluators to see all evaluations except when the evaluation is being used for a calibration? 

    I attempted to set a condition on the view evaluation so that they are unable to see the evaluation when a specific person (quality Admin) assigns it, however, 'does not equal' is not an option under the conditions.

    There is a permission for this.  Remove it and they should not be able to view calibration evaluations.

    I have tried this. The user is unable to see the calibration, but they are able to see the other peoples evaluations for the calibration. 

    So they cant see the calibration screen that shows everyone's together, but if they go to the interaction, they can see every one else that participated in the calibrations evaluations.
