  • 1.  Oubound calls language (transcript)

    Hi,

    We have setup co-pilot for a queue. Language NL-NL.  For inbound calls that works perfectly fine, as we have setup the language in our flow to NL-NL

    For outbound calls however, the transcript always gives English text . In the documentation it is said to put the language of a queue:

    Set the media language on voice calls - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

    However we don't seem to have a language setting on our queues.

    Does anybody know how to set the co-pilot language for and outbound call (from a queue)?

    According to the roadmap it seems to be couple of weeks away Dec 8th
