    Hi community,

    I just wanted to check if somebody knows if there is an available connector for GC and GE by any chance? I'm interested in understanding if Genesys Engage WFM could be used as a WFM tool for Genesys Cloud.

    Hi Alek

    There is such a connector, available via Genesys PS.  It's a fairly straight forward implementation, but has limitations.

    We were in the midst of implementing it in Australia, as part of an Engage to Cloud migration.  But the specific needs of our WFM team exposed the limitations, and now we're back to the drawing board.

    I suggest you contact your local PS team, to get the specifics on the connector. 

    If you don't get anywhere, contact me directly & I'll try to put you in touch with the AU team.

    We will try and contact Genesys for the details and see where the journey takes us. Was just curious if there was another case of somebody actually using such a feature and whether it's worthwhile looking for more info on that piece.
