That is a great question: We too use Genesys for phone, reporting, call monitoring. and phones. And we recently experience a Genesys outage that caused our company and others to be down for several hours. What can we do in a scenario like that?

So technically not strictly WFM Related. Curious what other centers/organizations do should Genesys completely go down. Our customers have backup mailboxes they can utilize but what does everyone do for phone calls? If i need to post elsewhere please let me know.
