    When I'm assigning a number to an agent under the "Person Details" field we need that number as the caller ID when making outbound calls. What could be the settings to achieve the same?

    That would be a Trunk setting. You need to set the trunk CID priority. Whether to always show the associated Trunk number, unless the user/queue/campaign has a DID.
