Honestly the trunk cannot be the issue as my previous screen shot when simulating a call showed that trunk is operational. See below:

There error is that a dial plan entry was not found for an outgoing call which is normally found on the site under number plans. I have selected intra-country as a match type and this option does not provide me with an option to specify a number. Number list option does provide an option to specify a number which is only 2-9 digits long and a mobile number is 10 digits meaning I can not use number list as an option.

When dialing directly from the phone even when I have selected intra-country on my number plan I still get an error that error a dailplan entry was not found for an outgoing call. What is the correct format that I need to select?
Other option I am placing an outbound call by just being on queue and clicking on begin call which dials from my contact list. I have created an outbound and associated it with my contact list.
I have a transfer to number which is the number I am trying to contact (unless this is setup incorrectly). Not entirely sure how to setup an outbound flow the documents do not say much.
In my contact list I have my number added 0835982605. Once my status changes to on queue I am able to preview

Answer then click on the number to begin call.

However this does not connect me to the client (0835982605). What is strange is that its calling +10835982605 where is it getting +10 from?
I then get an error that call request timed out. What am I missing is there something wrong on my outbound flow or am I missing permissions somewhere?

Please assist with outbound calling.
I have created a campaign and a contact list which is associated with the campaign. The dialing mode is preview with just one contact in my contact list as an example.

I have also created a queue and assigned the queue to my campaign.
I added the number to the external contact list as well. When I go to my external contact list and click on the phone icon I get an error a dailplan entry was not found for an outgoing call. I do not have an outbound call flow not sure if this should be created. Question: How do you make outbound calls from the contact list in your campaign?
Previously I know that for as long as you have added the contact number in your external list we were able to Call the number.
