This is really up to your BYOC Carrier and if there is a pAsserted Identity on the call that can be used for billing. When calling from a TFN (as the outbound caller ID) to another TFN, there is no mechanism for either company to bill for the call since both are "toll free". Now, some carriers will send a pAsserted Identity out as a billing number to re remote number so the billing system will be able to process the costs for the call.

Subject: Outbound Calling
Hi Everyone
Could anyone help me in getting the below questions answerd
- We are currently using a BYOC set up for Genesys inbound and outbound in INDIA(This is an INDIAN Organization). Is it possible to display a National TFN as a caller ID for outbound calls in INDIA.? So that, when an agent dials out on behalf of queue, the TFN number configured as the Calling Party number will be displayed to the customer.
- Is it possible to configure a flow for the below scenario?
Customer calls our TFN number --> once the call hits our TFN number --> call has to be forwarded to a different TFN number outside genesys
Please Note : This is for Indian environment
Regards,
Radhika R
