  • 1.  Outbound Calls Using SIP/TLS

    Hello, I have a SIP/TLS implementation in Genesys Cloud and I have a issue with outgoing calls. (Inbound calls work fine)

    Calls are sent to an Audiocodes gateway and it shows a message "Connection reset by peer"

    In Genesys, the Audiocodes certificate was loaded, and in the audiocodes the Genesys certificate was loaded.

    Any idea what it could be? Since it is only with outgoing calls. Incoming calls work fine.

    Hi David, good morning !
    I saw your post ... I have the same problem as you: SIP/TLS trunk between Genesys Cloud and SBC Audiocodes, incoming calls work fine, outgoing calls are released with "Connection reset by peer" (TLS handshake fails, on SBC Audiocodes I can't see SIP message INVITE).
    May I ask you how did you solve the problem?

    Sorry for the delay- did you both find a resolution for this.  Note that TLS works differently for Premise versus Cloud deployments.  Please let me know more about your specific deployments if you have more questions.

    Hi Phil,
    my deployment is BYOC Cloud.
    By the way, we solved the issue : on SBC Audiocodes we reloaded again all TLS certificates (all intermediate certificates in the certificate chain) and also outbound calls worked fine.
