    We have setup an outbound campaign with contacts with multiple numbers. We have setup the primary wrap-up code as a Right Party Contact which, from my understanding, when selected should then move on to the next contact in the campaign. It is, however, just offering me another number under the same contact. Is there something I'm missing? 

    • Right Party Contact-the person who answered was the person the campaign was supposed to reach. The current campaign does not dial any other numbers for that contact. This classification does not persist across multiple runs of a campaign. If the campaign is recycled or completed, the contact can be dialed again unless the classification is selected as Contact Uncallable or Number Uncallable.

    Hello Francis,

    You may need to open a case with Customer Care to have them look into why the wrap-up code is not being executed properly. Please let us know what they find in their investigation!
