  • 1.  Outbound Campaign Call is stuck

    Hello everyone, I'm looking for guidance on how to disconnect an interaction that seems stuck. It was made as part of our outbound campaign. We have used disconnect interactions, but that has not disconnected it. The representative, as you can see, is on another call, but Outbound Temp one just won't seem to disconnect. Any idea how I can get this call removed?

    Hi Shannon.
     
    If you tried using the Genesys interface and it didn't work, it's very likely that it won't work directly through the API either.
     
    I recommend that you open a support ticket with Genesys send the ConversationID so they can help you.
