May I have an understanding of how the PureCloud Outbound campaign works on the calculation of the concurrent calls?
My customer getting the error ININ-OUTBOUND-EXTERNALLY-THROTTLED when running a Predictive dialing campaign with 20, 000 contacts, and 20 agents were ON Queue.
They have 2 edges (2 x 350 concurrent calls allowed), their sip trunk provider has no limit of the concurrent calls.
Also, the setting of Outbound dialing -> Max Line Utilization is 20 %
Also, the external trunk setting's Max Call Rate is 40/5s.
1. Can I know why the above setting caused the customer's campaign to encounter the error ININ-OUTBOUND-EXTERNALLY-THROTTLED?
2. What should be the correct settings of Max Line Utilization and Max Call Rate based on 20 agents & 20, 000 contacts?
3. Also, please advise the correct settings for Max Line Utilization and Max Call Rate if the number of agents & contacts increased?
