  • 1.  Outbound campaign - How to get the position of a contact in a contact list?

    Hi 

    We are using outbound campaign to contact some of our customers, and we need to understand the current "position" of a contact / lead in a specific contact list, knowing that this position is being changed according to the dynamic queuing & sorting.

    Is there any way to consult the current position of in alternative the next 50 contacts (for instance) that will be called?

    You may want to check out the API Explorer. There are several API calls listed under the Outbound category that may help you like this one:

    Unfortunately, so far, we haven't found an API that fits our purpose. If we find a solution, will post were to all the community.
