    Hi community!

    We are planning to start use Outbound Campaigns (voice) and would like to know if there is any standard or good practices that you have applied to ensure the outbound campaigns meet the legal requirements like TCPA. 

    We might involve outbound calls in NoAM, EMEA and APAC regions. We understand that different regulations may be required for each region, but still appreciate it if anyone can share what have been applied. It would always be a good reference for us to start with.

    Hello Dylan,

    While we don't have anything on the Genesys about best practices, there are a couple of articles on the internet that talk about some best practices for outbound calling.

    Hopefully you can get some feedback from some of the Community on how they approach their outbound campaigns.
