If i understand this correctly, Outbound script will be displaying the information from contact list (currently i am using the default outbound script which displays all the contact list information). new outbound script that i create will display all the other information and i will have to add a button which will invoke the data action to send the customer information to CRM.
We already have CTI integration with 3rd party CRM using the UAD, and using the custom attributes we can pass the contact list information to CRM however there is lot more work required on the CRM to be able to use the UAD in near future. Hence in the interim i was looking for a solution to pass the information to CRM.
I will give the above suggestion a try and post if stuck. - thank you :)

A couple of options here. You can display all the contact information in a script rather easily. Just make sure your script is set to Outbound in the properties and define the contact list then you will be able to add the fields to the page. Your Script could also pop your CRM to the record connected to the contact depending on what CRM you are using. If you are trying to get the contact information to populate into the CRM, it would be possible, but not easily done using data actions in the script and writing to your CRM.
