We use auto detection for that and dialler will transfer the call to the selected outbound campaign on the dialler setup page here:

I know in the past we used a button for a pre-recorded message, but that was another version of PureConnect dialler (3.0).

I would like to set up an outbound dialer campaign, either preview or progressive, where when the agen hears a voice mail or answering machine, they can just hit a button to leave a prerecorded message.
So, I set up the Call Analysis Response so that upon hearing a voice, it transfers to agent and upon a voice mail, it should leave a message (that I already set up) The problem is, out of all my tests, this message is not being left. I think because it's hard to tell how long a persons message goes before the "beep". (See screenshots of current Outbound Flow for the voice mail)
So, I was wondering If I could get around this and drive all calls to agents, and upon a voicemail, they can just drop a message and move to the next call.
Any ideas?
