    Hi All,

    Doing outbound campaign Sync with Salesforce and would like to know if the Wrap-up codes assigned by outbound dialing can be passed into Salesforce custom fields?

    Calls that are routed to agents will all have an activity record associated to them.  At the end of the campaign we will reconcile the final disposition from the Contact List back to Salesforce, which will include the statuses you mention above.  See this page for more info: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/reconciliation-of-campaign-data/
