  • 1.  Outbound dialing privileges error

    On Friday and today we have received the below error on two separate PureCloud orgs intermittently.  Is anyone else having this issue? We have a case raised with customer care. 

    "The initiator of the outbound call does not have the correct dialing privileges for the classification of the call being dialed"

    YES!! And we are also having VM issues. Two cases opened right now for this.

    Back in January there was a similar issue being seen (since fixed) related to the users being logged into a phone with Standalone features being enabled.

    That wouldn't happen to be the case for your folks experiencing the problem, would it?

    @George Ganahl, for our issue, the users are not logged in with stand alone phones. ​

    @George Ganahl also for our issue the users are using WebRTC and do not have the stand alone features enabled.  Our case is 0002374205

    Did your error get fixed.  I have 2 users with that error and they are also not able to receive inbound queued calls.  What actions did you do to correct the issue as ours has not been resolved?  Please let me know  Thanks!
