  • 1.  Outbound dialling integration with external CRM

    Has anyone been able to integrate the outbound dialling functionality of PureCloud with an external CRM system.

     

    We are trying to implement a solution where our CRM (salesforce) has real time lead data that it would automatically send to PureCloud either on demand or on a regular basis without the need for manually uploading lists.

     

    I would also be interested to hear from others out there who use both saleforce and PureCloud to see how they have implemented these platforms.

    You absolutely could do this today, as the dialer API's are available to update contact lists via a web service call. With that said, we had shown a proof of concept of exactly this sort of integration a while back and are gearing up to turn that proof of concept into a standard part of our Salesforce integration.
