    Hope all are doing good

    Is there any feature in Purecloud that can initiate Outbound Email campaign? Agent less or preview Campaign any thing. 

    If not in Purecloud, Is there any thing in app foundry that could help in building this.

    Still in Beta.  I would guess another couple of months, but @Chad McCormick can give you definitive answer.  He could also let you know if you can get on a beta of this feature.​

    Hi Sariah,

    The feature work is complete but we're still waiting on the billing side work to complete.  This work sits behind a couple of other higher priorities for that team so we're cautiously hoping for an end of April release but that could slide if any bugs are found.

    Can you please elaborate on what you mean by "billing side"?  Are you saying that this feature carries a premium cost or is the billing side for something else?

    Hi Vaun,

    There will be usage based pricing for sending email either via Agentless API or through a campaign.  The pricing has not been finalized yet but it should be somewhere around $0.0015 per email sent.  There are no plans for any setup or monthly service fees at this point.

    That is about double or triple what other platforms charge.  Will you at least have some Fair Use amount that is not billable - say 100/agent/month or something like that?

    I think you'll find most orgs have not anticipated this coming with a cost without a fair usage "starter" which is going to make this an uncomfortable discussion at some point with customers.
