    Dears,

    I am looking for a way to restrict outbound calls based on users or users' DID.

    For example, I want to allow User A (or DID A) to make international calls, but not for User B (or DID B).
    Please note DID is the assigned number to users profiles.

    Can we control such a requirement?

    Hi Ali,

    The classification of calls that are permitted are controlled at a Site Level and not at a user level.

    You could create multiple sites for the same Location. Have one Site that allows International calls and another that does not. You would then assign the phone that is associated with the user to that site.
