Hey, anyone know how to effectively execute a change to system wrap up codes that are applied to outbound dialer contact lists?
The only way I know of is using the developer tools though I am looking for a user friendly way to educate managers so they can do it if required.
It would help us provide a better cx experience from the start and prevent repeat calls to the customer
