Is anyone else experiencing issues with outbound scripts.
We have an intermittent problem across all users. That sometimes the script works as expected and in other cases instead of getting the values for {{Outbound.Confirmation Number}}/{{Scripter.Interaction ID}}/{{Scripter.Agent ID}}/{{Outbound.Language}}/{{Scripter.Agent Name}}?{{Scripter.Custom}}
The {{Outbound.xxx}} values are appearing as {{dialer.xxx}} of course any url or logic relying on the actual value fails. Now its a known issue if that user does not have the correct outbound permissions. But that is not what's happening with these users. They do have the correct permissions.
And If I reload the page inside the Purecloud Web application it will work properly. Its on the initial load it fails. Then the next couple of outbounds the users get, all work fine. Then it will intermittently fail again sending all the {{Outbound..}} fields with {{dialer..}}
super frustrating as it is an intermittent problem. but one that effects 10 - 15 % of our outbound calls
