  • 1.  Overflow not working

    No replies, thread closed.

    I've created group 1, with an overflow to group 2.

    Voicemail is not enabled.

     

    When all users on Group 1 are unavailable, instead of going to overflow 'group 2', I get the message voicemail isn't enabled for group 1.

     

    Any ideas.?

    If you are using Failure path then it's correct.

    Within the group you can set a Overflow

    And yes. That voicemail message are getting all callers if a group isn't available............even internal callers....
