  • 1.  Pairing Issues after Verification Code.

    No replies, thread closed.

    V2 Edge took days to change status from "Waiting for Verification Code / Trying to reach PureCloud" to finally providing the verification code.  Entered the code, it was successful, but instead of provisioning being completed in 5 min, it's now stuck in a "Verification Code Successful" State.  Has anyone had this happened?  Did you reboot the Edge to resolve, or resolve via some other means?

    Hi, Adam,

     

    From what I understand, pairing issues tend to trace back to a network configuration. For a faster resolution to your specific error, I would suggest opening up a Support ticket to help assess this. But, I'd also like to see if others have ideas around it here, too.
