  • 1.  Panel Manager - Facebook, Open Messaging etc.

    Panel Manager - Default Contextual Panel - doesn't appear to support digital channels such as Facebook and Open Messaging.

    Am I missing something in my Org. or is this "by design"?
    If the latter, what was the reasoning behind not allowing customers to select their panel of choice?

    From what I know, that is correct.  What you are looking for is probably this idea: Web Messaging Profile Panel for | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io) or this one  to enhance Panel Manager capability to | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)

    Oh for.....

    Another one of those decisions made by Genesys where with a little more thought/foresight/effort......

    Why not just do it at the same time as the other media types......
