  • 1.  Parked interactions - Need a better view

    Has anyone found a good way to sort parked interactions by how long they have been parked?  You can sort by the original interaction date but it becomes difficult to manage the response time when multiple interactions have been parked.  I was hoping someone has found a better way to account for these parked interactions.

    Hello Kris, 

    I have reviewed this in my test org as well and it looks like this is the only option, since its a newer feature as of Oct 2024 I recommend submitting an enhancement request. I double checked the ideas lab for better sorting for parked emails and came up short.

    There maybe also something in the appfoundry made from a partner that helps manage parked emails.

    Hello Kris!  Parked is a conversation state and sorting/filtering on conversation states is currently a gap in the product that we're addressing.  https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DARAR-I-1642 will add the API functionality to sort by parked durations.  We'll have UI releases to follow to have this show up within the interface.
