For this type of request, I would recommend opening a Product Idea and/or a Customer Care case.
These look like platform-level limits, not something that can be changed through configuration in the org.
If the need is an enhancement, such as increasing retention from 30 days to 1 year or increasing the number of conversation IDs per request, a Product Idea would be the right path so Product Management can review the use case and demand.
If this is blocking a production process or you need official confirmation about the current limits, I would also open a Customer Care case and include the business impact, expected volume, and why the current limits are not enough.
For the participant attribute size increase, I would especially recommend validating it with Genesys, because 100 MB per conversation is a very large payload and may not align with the intended use of participant attributes.
