  • 1.  Participant Data for number of inbound calls

    Hello,

    Is it possible to configure a participant data in Call-Flow that will counts the number of inbound calls for each ACD queue during the business day also the number of accepted call back ?

    if yes how to configure it ?

    Use the Set Participant Data action to write the information onto the conversation object.  As for looking up the information you want, you will need to write your own custom data action.

    No, you have to write that yourself.
