Keep an eye on the Ways to Engage section in Orchestrators, as focus group and user research opportunities can appear there from time to time.
You can also look out for opportunities through the Genesys User Experience Research Program, which is specifically aimed at participating in user research and focus groups.
From my understanding, some of these activities can also happen outside of the Orchestrators portal, and once you've participated, the relevant activity/points can be awarded to your profile afterward.
So I'd keep an eye on Ways to Engage and any Genesys UX Research invitations that come through. 😊.
