  • 1.  Passing data from script to secure flow and back

    I tried to read up current posts about this topic and couldn't find a definite answer.  Is there a way to pass data back from secure flow to script when secure flow returns to agent?

    Last time I looked at doing this, there wasn't.  I added a button to the script that called a data action to query the conversation for specific attributes/participant data.
